The breakfast offered a good variety.
The bar staff refused service due to a child being present, even though this policy was not clearly stated. We were directed to the reception area for drinks but had to order on another floor and carry the drinks ourselves. The in-room temperature was too high and the air conditioning had restricted settings. This made for an uncomfortable night, even with the provided fan.

i found the rooms available at a great price. the breakfast selection was excellent. the beds were lovely and comfortable (i slept really well!). we were near the bus station and okern station, so traveling with large luggage was manageable.
the front desk staff could be a bit more engaging with guests on holiday. i felt the service was the same as for business travelers. a little friendliness improves the experience.

i had to select floor on the touch screen outside. it was a little hassle to turn on and off the lights.

the breakfast was awesome. i really enjoyed the huge variety of options. the guy at reception showed genuine interest in my country, united states. he also advised some restaurants based on my itinerary and provided other recommendations.
i had to select the correct floor on the touch screen outside. understanding how to turn on and off the lights was also a hassle. noise from the corridor was very well heard from my room.
